GLP will consider product ideas submitted through Registered Patent Attorneys, Certified Patent Agents, and selected Patent Assistance Companies.
Global Licensing Partners performs fee based product introduction and marketing activity, as well as, licensing negotiation services. Our clients can leverage much needed expertise through our support services which include tradeshow attendance, a product website, and media campaigns consisting of press releases, letters of introduction, product brochure development and electronic media services. Through a mix of traditional services and advanced technologies, our clients may monitor and measure activity as it relates to the progress of each new invention’s marketing efforts.
If a manufacturing company expresses any interest in our client’s new invention, Global Licensing Partners will coordinate the negotiations, legal representation and documentation necessary to secure the best possible licensing terms. GLP consults with each inventor at every stage of the licensing negotiation to finalize the most rewarding licensing arrangement for our client.
